We are a small media desk looking for two to four editors in Pakistan on a monthly salary — not one job, then silence. We have a backlog of several thousand videos waiting to be cut. There is no bidding, no proposals and no unpaid test edits, and the work does not run out.

Revisions are normal and come with specific notes, not a silent rejection. Your salary does not change because something needed a second pass.
The money
Agreed first, paid after. No surprises in either direction.
We would rather show you the real numbers now than have you find out later.
- It is a salary, not piece work. Rs 110,000 a month to start, whether a given week is heavy or light. You are not paid per video and not paid per hour.
- Paid every two weeks. Rs 55,000 per payment. You work the two weeks, then the payment goes out — the same way a job anywhere works.
- Sent by Wise, straight into your Pakistani bank account. You do not need a Wise account — Pakistan residents cannot open one, and you do not have to. You give us your bank details and the rupees arrive in your account.
- It rises to Rs 200,000 a month for an editor who is fast, reliable and needs almost no revision. That is a real path, not a dangled carrot — we will tell you exactly what it takes.
- Revisions are part of the job, not a penalty. They do not reduce what you were promised.
One thing we are not promising yet. We are building a bonus that pays extra when a video you cut performs well after it is published. It is not running today. Nothing on this page depends on it, and we will not describe it as real until it is.

You have probably been burned by a "work from home" offer before. So let us be direct.
- Money. No joining fee, no deposit, no training package, no software you must buy through us.
- Your bank login, card number or wallet seed phrase. Ever, for any reason.
- Free test edits. If we ask you to cut something, it is paid.
- Recruits. You do not earn by bringing other people in. There is no downline here and never will be.

Before you apply
What you need.
- A computer you can actually edit on. It does not have to be new. It has to finish a render.
- Upload speed that can move a finished video. Download matters less than upload in this job.
- Software you already know. Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects.
- Enough English to read a brief. It does not need to be perfect. You need to understand what was asked for.
- A bank account in Pakistan, in your own name. That is all — no Wise account, no foreign account, no wallet.

Questions people ask first.
Is this really Rs 110,000 a month?
Yes — Rs 55,000 paid every two weeks, rising to Rs 200,000 a month for an editor who proves out. We are hiring two to four people, not fifty, which is exactly why we can pay above the market rate. We would rather pay four people properly than forty people badly.
Do I have to bid or write proposals?
No. That is the point. On a marketplace you spend hours writing proposals for work you probably will not get. Here the work comes to you with a price already on it.
How do I actually receive the money in Pakistan?
We send it through Wise, and it lands in your normal Pakistani bank account as rupees. You do not need a Wise account of your own — Pakistan residents cannot open one, which is fine, because you do not need to. You give us your account title and IBAN once, and every payment after that goes to the same place. We test it with the first payment before anything larger depends on it.
What if I am slow at first?
Expected, and it does not affect your first payment. The first few weeks are where we both learn how you work and how long things actually take. We would rather you ask a question than guess and deliver the wrong thing.
Can I do this alongside other work?
This is a salaried position and we will want a predictable block of your week. If you have another commitment, tell us in the application and we will say honestly whether it fits.
Who is behind this?
A small operation in the United States, not a marketplace with a million anonymous users. When you have a problem you will be talking to a person who can fix it.
